AGM 2022 & Speaker Wednesday 4th May

Colour Group (GB) members are invited to join the Annual General Meeting 2022 of The Colour Group (Great Britain). The meeting will be held in hybrid mode, both in person at Room 136 of New College of the Humanities at Devon House, St Katharine Docks, London, E1W 1LP and also online via Zoom. The link to join will be circulated to those who sign up at the eventbrite link below.

Following the AGM, you are invited to attend a talk by Dr Dimitris Mylonas on Colour in Data Science Education. Those joining in person will also enjoy the Halstead-Granville tea, over views of the river Thames. Non-members are welcome to join at 2.45pm for the talk.

Speaker Dimitris Mylonas is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science at New College of the Humanities at Northeastern. His research focuses on colour communication within and across different languages. Dimitris is Chairman of the study group ‘Language of Colour’ of the International Colour Association (AIC) and Committee member of the Colour Group (GB).
